LET IT GO!

OK, so I am a huge Disney buff.   It is just natural at some point (probably several times) I was going to reference a Disney Movie.  But the newest movie, FROZEN, is one of my favorites!  (If you havent seen it, I dont care if you dont have kids, I dont care if you dont have a little girl, go see it!) 



The song "Let It Go" is by far my favorite part of the movie!   I am only slightly embarrassed to admit, in the theater, I teared up in this song!  This song is just so perfect for my stage of life.  



I go to a class at my church called DivorceCare.   It is an awesome group of people and it has meant a lot to me.  This past Monday we were talking about how certain things just really bother us in this process.  (Things our exes do, the way others see us, the way others react to us, etc.)  There is so much in life that gets us down, that we really have no control over.   We have to learn to LET IT GO.   In class, our leader, the amazing Marti, kept saying "Just Let It Go."  "Let It Go."   All I could hear was this song.  If it wasn't for my complete lack of rhythm and the fact I would have totally botched the song up and embarrassed myself, I would have broke into song right then and there!  Hahaha.  



So if you are going through a divorce, or any major life change and difficulty, pay attention to the lyrics and sing along!  Try it, I swear it will make you feel at least a little bit better.  AND BELT IT OUT LOUD, "LET IT GOOOOO, LET IT GOOOOOO" then actually do your best to let whatever it is bothering you go!





PS, I TOTALLY WANT HER DRESS!  If someone wants to make it for me, I would make a great Elsa for Halloween!  Just saying....
